Description:

The primary mission of this position is to help prospective students feel informed, excited, and confident enough to enroll in the SUU Aviation program.

As an Outreach Representative, you are one of the first touchpoints for potential students. You’ll guide tours, answer questions, share your experience, and represent SUU Aviation in a way that inspires visitors to take the next step and submit an application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent SUU Aviation with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective students and provide helpful, accurate information about SUU Aviation programs.
  • Make outbound phone calls to prospective students to follow up on inquiries, event participation, and submitted leads.
  • Assist with email outreach to prospective students
  • Provide clear information about SUU Aviation programs and application process
  • Lead engaging and accurate hangar tours for prospective students and visitors
  • Aid in research of Aviation Industry
  • Support outreach and recruitment events as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Hours & Commitment

10–20 hours per week, in-office

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled as an SUU Aviation student
  • Strong public speaking, phone call communications and customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor
  • Professionalism in all interactions
  • Reliable and excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and standard office software; able to quickly learn new systems and databases
  • Must be team-oriented
